Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assist with furniture and home décor selection
Offer product knowledge and design inspiration to help meet customer needs
Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately
Maintain showroom cleanliness and merchandising standards
Assist with inventory restocking and organization
Support promotional events and contribute to sales goals
What We're Looking For:
Retail or customer service experience (furniture/home décor is a plus)
Positive attitude with strong communication skills
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Must be available to work store hours: Thurs-Sat, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
Basic computer skills (POS experience preferred)

Warehouse Associate/Delivery Driver
Location: Petaluma, CA
Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time
Pezzolo & Co. Outlet features an impressive 18,000 square feet of space dedicated to showcasing home furnishings. Our diverse inventory includes a wide variety of items such as sofas, beds, tables, chairs, side tables, benches, decorative pillows, throws, rugs, vases, shelving decor, lighting fixtures, and much more. We are on the lookout for an energetic and personable team player who can assist with receiving, assembly, placement and delivery of various home furnishings in addition to helping clean and maintain the warehouse space. This job is very physically demanding, requiring many hours of standing and lifting.
Job Duties
Support the Logistics Manager in receiving and inspecting new products.
Assemble and disassemble furnishings.
Load and unload customer purchases with great care.
Hang artwork.
Move furniture around the warehouse.
Maintain an inviting and tidy outlet appearance to provide customers with an enjoyable, clean and safe shopping environment.
Uphold cleanliness in public spaces, including the showroom, kitchen, and bathroom.
Use company truck to make customer purchase deliveries throughout the Sonoma County and Marin County.
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills for interacting with team members and customers.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage inventory, orders and deliveries efficiently.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Physically able to assemble, lift and move furniture.
Impeccable driving record.
Schedule: Full-time and Part-time considered. One Weekend day is a must.
Compensation: $20 - $25 per hour

Our staging projects span across Marin and Sonoma Counties, and we are known for our refined design sensibility, strong logistics, and collaborative team approach.
Position Summary:
We are seeking an Experienced Home Stager who has led staging projects from concept through execution. This role requires a proven ability to curate furnishings, manage staging installations, and work collaboratively with our in-house team. Only candidates with direct home staging experience will be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead staging projects, from furniture selection to on-site installation.
Curate furnishings, accessories, and layout plans appropriate for each property.
Coordinate with moving and design staff to ensure timely execution.
Oversee installation day to ensure every detail is in place and photo-ready.
Maintain a high level of design consistency in line with Pezzolo & Co.’s brand and aesthetic.
Communicate effectively with clients, agents, and team members throughout the process.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of professional home staging experience.
Proven experience leading staging projects and managing furnishings inventory.
Strong eye for design, layout, and current market trends.
Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Reliable transportation for travel to staging locations throughout Marin and Sonoma counties.
