Staging Assistant - Full Time
Pezzolo & Co. is hiring an entry level professional who is a detail-oriented, hardworking, team-player and passionate about design and home decorating. Ideal candidate is willing to work long hours, engage in physical work daily and go above and beyond to ensure duties are fulfilled. Someone who is self-motivated, driven, disciplined and full of positive energy will excel in this position. A personal vehicle is necessary to perform this job as well as willingness to commute up to 40 miles to job-site daily.
Job Duties
Assist in staging and staging removal – pulling inventory for stylists, pack/unpack bins, load/unload bins, put away inventory, clean and maintain inventory.
Assist with the cleanliness and organization of warehouse.
Ensure installed materials are meticulously displayed through steaming, touch-up work, refined placement, spot cleaning, dusting, and other maintenance tasks.
Act as an organizational leader at every project with a constant awareness of installation status and stylists needs, applying ways to improve job-site efficiency.
Drive company vehicle on an as needed basis.
Assist lead designer and stylists with sourcing furnishings, fixtures, and accessories on an as needed basis.
Ensure staff is stocked and equipped with essential supplies, such as pillow bags, totes, plastic wrap, packing materials, cleaning products, and supplies necessary for staging installations.
Ensure staging and staging removal paperwork is comprehensively spelled out after complete walkthrough of property.

Personal assistant to the owner/lead designer - FULL TIME
Pezzolo & Co. is hiring an entry to mid-level professional who is a detail-oriented, hardworking, team-player with a passion for design. Looking for someone to support the principal designer with all aspects of her day-to-day life. A well-rounded skillset, including strong communication, a creative and discerning eye, a flexible attitude, ability to multi-task, an eagerness to learn, and independent work style are necessary. The ideal candidate is willing to work long hours, engage in physical work daily and go above and beyond to ensure duties are fulfilled.
Job duties
Assist principal designer with things such as taking notes at client meetings, taking measurements, sourcing, ordering and shipping management, maintaining project calendar, communicating with contractors, scheduling contractors, driving throughout the Bay Area and Sonoma to assist Jennifer or check on projects.
Additional responsibilities may include picking up groceries, making reservations, paying personal bills, shipping/mailing, confirming appointments, creating calendar reminders, etc.
Help the staging crew pack, unpack, load, and unload staging materials as needed.
·Maintain and organize the design sample library.
Check office supplies and order or pick up as needed.
Check snack supply weekly and pick up what is needed.
Assist in keeping kitchen and bathroom areas clean, tidy and stocked.
Water plants weekly.
Vacuum Office and Showroom weekly (or as needed).
Dust Office and Showroom surfaces. Clear corner spiderwebs.
Process all deliveries: Notify recipient, open packages, dispose of packing materials.
Take out the trash weekly (office, bathroom, kitchen).
Complete Staging and in-house laundry weekly.
Skill set required
Organized and meticulous.
Interest in design. Ability to understand design language.
Strong customer service skills.
Above average computer knowledge – Microsoft Office a must. Knowledge of design programs a plus.
Strong communication skills - written and verbal.
Clean driving record and access to a vehicle. (This job requires a lot of driving to various locations. Gas will be reimbursed for work related travel.)

Mover - FULL TIME
Pezzolo & Co. is seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Mover/Driver/Warehouse Associate. This role is crucial in supporting the overall warehouse operations and assisting with the moving and staging processes. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, physically capable, and eager to contribute to the success of our projects. This team member must be willing to wear multiple hats throughout our fast-paced, multifaceted days with a strong willingness to go above and beyond.
Job duties
Assist team with moving furniture and accessories from warehouse to various homes for staging projects.
Carefully pack and wrap furniture and accessories during staging removal and help team move items back to warehouse to be reorganized.
Drive 20ft box truck. (MUST HAVE CLEAN DRIVING RECORD)
Cleaning and organizing all warehouse spaces and trucks.
Overall warehouse maintenance and small handyman jobs such as making small repairs to furniture and accessories as needed.
Help with building furniture, setting up beds at staging projects, hanging artwork, patching holes for artwork during staging removal etc.
Making dump runs, breaking down cardboard.
Help with the organization and arrangement of staging items within the warehouse.
Participate in loading and unloading furniture and decor items for staging projects.
Support moving crews during transportation of items to and from various properties.
Ensure the proper handling and placement of staging items at project site.
Assist in tracking inventory levels and maintaining accurate records.
Help with packing, wrapping with moving blankets and preparation of staging items for transportation.
Collaborate with the team and stagers to fulfill staging orders and prepare items for projects.
Support in implementing improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in warehouse support or a similar role.
Physical capability to lift and move heavy furniture and staging items (minimum 80lbs+).
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Experience with driving a box truck (at least 20ft)
Must be able to speak English
Must be a Team Player
