Job Title: Retail Sales Associate
About us/Position:
Pezzolo & Co. is a well-established interior design and home staging firm serving Marin & Sonoma Counties for over 20 years. In 2024, we expanded our offerings with the Pezzolo & Co. Outlet—the largest furniture outlet in the region—where we sell designer home furnishings at 30% off retail every day. Our showroom is fast-paced, creative, and ever-changing, and we are looking for a warm, energetic Retail Sales Associate to join our growing team.
As a key member of the Outlet team, you’ll help create an exceptional in-store experience, support daily showroom operations, and assist customers in finding pieces they’ll love. This role reports directly to our Outlet Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide warm, knowledgeable, and attentive customer service to every client who visits the Outlet
Assist customers with furniture and décor selections, offering styling guidance when needed
Maintain an organized, visually appealing, and fully stocked showroom floor
Support daily floor resets and merchandising updates
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently (Square POS)
Communicate product details, pricing, delivery timelines, and care instructions to customers
Schedule deliveries and coordinate with the warehouse team
Assist with receiving new inventory, including unpacking, inspection, tagging, and placement on the showroom floor
Maintain a clean and orderly environment, including light cleaning and organizing
Support the Outlet Sales Manager with additional tasks as needed
We’re looking for someone who is:
Friendly, professional, and comfortable engaging with customers
A self-starter with strong attention to detail
Energetic and able to keep up with our fast-paced floor resets
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Comfortable with technology (POS systems, email, basic software)
Able to lift up to 30 lbs and move furniture with assistance
Passionate about interiors, design, or home décor (experience is a plus!)
Schedule & Compensation:
Full-time: Tuesday–Saturday, 9:30 AM–5:30 PM
Benefits: Medical coverage + paid holidays
Hourly compensation based on experience. $25.00 - $30.00 per hr

Job Title: Experienced Home Stager – Team Leader
Location: Petaluma, CA | Staging Projects Across Marin & Sonoma County
Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site

We specialize in creating elevated, market-ready interiors that showcase properties at their absolute best. Our staging projects span across Marin and Sonoma Counties, and we are known for our refined design sensibility, strong logistics, and collaborative team approach.
Position Summary:
We are seeking an Experienced Home Stager who has led staging projects from concept through execution. This role requires a proven ability to curate furnishings, manage staging installations, and work collaboratively with our in-house team. Only candidates with direct home staging experience will be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead staging projects, from furniture selection to on-site installation.
Curate furnishings, accessories, and layout plans appropriate for each property.
Coordinate with moving and design staff to ensure timely execution.
Oversee installation day to ensure every detail is in place and photo-ready.
Maintain a high level of design consistency in line with Pezzolo & Co.’s brand and aesthetic.
Communicate effectively with clients, agents, and team members throughout the process.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of professional home staging experience.
Proven experience leading staging projects and managing furnishings inventory.
Strong eye for design, layout, and current market trends.
Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Reliable transportation for travel to staging locations throughout Marin and Sonoma counties.
