Yes! Everything on the showroom floor is available for purchase. You can take items home the same day or schedule a local delivery.

Does Pezzolo & Co. offer interior design services?

Not currently. If you would like our design advice for your home, you are welcome to bring photos to our outlet, where we can help you select new home furnishings to perfectly complement your space.

Do you sell furniture?

Yes! Due to repeated requests from our staging clients to purchase our staging inventory, we opened a retail furniture outlet in June of 2025. Come visit us at 850 Lindberg Lane in Petaluma (located right off the 101).

How much does staging cost?

We’re happy to provide a custom quote tailored to your staging project. Pricing is based on several factors, including square footage, the scale and quantity of furnishings, property access, decorative elements required, and the number of outdoor sets. To get started, please send us an email.

How long can we keep the furniture when staging?

Our typical contract is for 60 days; however, we can customize that time frame to up to 90 days.

Outlet FAQs

When is the outlet open?

The Outlet is open Tuesday-Saturday, 10am-5pm.

Do you offer delivery services?

Yes! For a fee, we are happy to deliver within a 45-mile radius of the Outlet.

How often does the outlet get new inventory?

Our Petaluma furniture outlet gets new deliveries weekly! We are Sonoma’s largest home furnishing outlet - our 18,000 square-foot showroom features an ever-changing inventory of sofas, beds, tables, rugs, lighting, and everything in between to furnish your entire home.

Is the inventory at the outlet “Used”?

No. All of our Outlet inventory is brand new. We order in bulk and pass the savings on to you! Most of our furniture is priced 30%-70% off retail. You won’t find this quality anywhere else for less.

What is your return policy?

All items at the Outlet are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
